The reinforced composite or plastic materials are made out of a combination of resins (polyester, Vinyl ester , or epoxy resins.) with fibre glass, carbon fibre, fabric or other reinforcements.
These combinations make up remarkably resistant mechanical features for the manufacturer. |

| Manual stratification |

Stratification is carried out in order to make moldings and block molds that are suitable for all types of production processes including prototypes, jigs for robotized trimming as well as for producing items.
Since it’s a process that is completely manual there is a limited number of produced pieces. |
