The reinforced composite or plastic materials are made out of a combination of resins (polyester, Vinyl ester , or epoxy resins.) with fibre glass, carbon fibre, fabric or other reinforcements.
These combinations make up remarkably resistant mechanical features for the manufacturer. |

| Press molding system (low pressure) |

The molding and a block mold are placed under the press, and then fibre is placed in the molding and catalysed resin is poured and the block mold is closed.
This system is more suitable for producing goods with pigmented resin and it allows for higher daily productivity since the molding movement is mechanized meaning the good is smoothed on all surfaces. |
